NATALIE SAYS GOODBYE TO JOSH AND JULIA
Natalie sighed in frustration mixed with exasperation. Josh was never going to leave Julia, was he?
No, he wasn't. He was going to go back to her like the obedient puppy he was. Julia was sweet, and safe, and NOT rebellious or turbulent and Josh hung on to her like some sort of safe haven who wouldn't ever question or criticize him and would go along with everything he said or did.
And Natalie knew her own love was fiercely strong. It could turn men into kings. Natalie had so much love to give and such powerful love to give, and everytime she thought she might have found someone worth it, he'd go ahead and prove how he wasn't worthy of even an ounce of it.
The more Natalie thought about Josh and Julia, the more repelled she felt. Useless people, mixed emotions everywhere, and all Natalie was getting was just uncertainty and reminders that Julia was worthy of Josh's attention and not her. Natalie was also surprised by how she couldn't even be bothered to understand Julia, a girl she practically knew nothing about. Because of her feelings for Josh, she was ready to dislike a complete stranger.
Natalie closed her eyes. And made up her mind. She would go live a stunning, fabulous and grand life. And she didn't need Julia or Josh to be a part of any of it. She would ignore them. Thrust their memories into the wind. And completely forget about them.
Bye Josh. Bye Julia. Natalie was going to be way out of their league.
