CONTROLA TU VIDA

He sat there by himself,  quietly doing his work. 

He had put on a Spanish song. He had recently started learning Spanish.

He was happy. 

He was staying away from gossip, noise, emptiness and he was very focussed on his own job. 

He wasn’t stressed, he coolly went about his work. This made him happy.

He would work out. He would drink his water. He would learn his Spanish. He would take control of how he responded to life.
