I have someone talking to me right now and I don’t want to listen to them.

They don’t know who I am, they don’t understand my thoughts, they don’t get my art.

Like, I am nodding and laughing and just going with the flow and they probably think I’m texting someone but go figure. 

They’re gossiping. GOSSIPPING. And I am going to block it out. All of it. 

They are right next to me and I am so, so SO DISCONNECTED from them.

You are miles away. And I have a connection with you.
