Good Mental Health

 I have realized that good mental health is something that has to be actively sought after every single day. 

It's like a plant to be watered.

Even if you think you are doing just fine and you can manage everything and so you keep repeating non-productive habits; take note that in doing so you are, in fact, setting yourself up for an upcoming downward spiral. 

You need to remind your morals, principles and boundaries to yourself time and again to keep the edge of that sword sharp. To keep yourself functioning and flourishing 'effortlessly'. 

Bad habits are never "okay" and "manageable". They WILL lead to doom.
