ESSENCE IS EVERYTHING. CHARACTER IS EVERYTHING.

She is NOT prettier than me. 

Okay, maybe she is. BUT SHE IS IN NO WAY BETTER THAN ME.

I was making pancakes a while ago. And I thought (I know you’ve read this a hundred times but here goes) how much distance I actually had to cover to get to where I wanted to be in life. It’s a lot, because I want to change every aspect of everything that I am. But the ending (and the journey) is going to be MAR-VEL-LOUS.

So, as I made pancakes, thinking how right now some really good looking guy out there might be partying with a bunch of really good looking girls, I told myself one thing. About 20 times,  I think. 

“Essence is everything. Character is everything.”

Remember this when you feel insecure. I got your back.
