She stood in front of the mirror.
She put her hands behind her back, leaned forward and laughed into the mirror.
"You know you're a little stupid, right?", she said. And laughed again.
"The reason you stress out so much, THE REASON YOU STRESS OUT SO MUCH, is because your entire frickin focus is on success. Not on excellence.
You're afraid of not being enough and you're so afraid of being rejected that that fear takes up all the space in your brain and manifests as stress. You won't even consider excellence if you're trapped in that cave".
She abruptly stopped laughing. What did she just say?
Had she finally stumbled upon the secret?
