BINGE-EATING

She came back from shopping like a maniac, ripped open the bags, and binged upon all the chocolate she bought.

She ate until she knew she had to stop. She hated herself all through the binging. But she couldn’t stop. 

She felt a mess inside out. She wasn’t happy within herself and she wasn’t making healthy food choices either. And the weather outside was bitterly cold and it made everything worse. 

She sighed. Where was the amazing girl she envisioned herself to be? She knew she was unique and powerful, but she didn’t like what sadness made her do sometimes.

She breathed. She was going to be patient with herself. She was going to train herself.
