There are nights when we’re so worried or stressed, we find it hard to fall asleep.
It seems like whatever stress there is seems more magnified at night and you feel a sense of impending doom.
Whatever pain or doubt you’re riddled with, tell yourself that you’re stronger than that.
You don’t have to be torn and desperate and confused and lost and fearful. You are better and you can get through everything with your belief and willpower.
