I WANT ABS
MY LOWER BODY HURTS FROM ALL THE WORKING OUT I HAVE BEEN DOING THE PAST WEEK. LOL.
It's like, I'm working out ALL THE TIME, to get into shape. I'm healthy, but my ultimate goal is to get abs.

Whether I'm studying or making smoothies or even in class at university, I'm always jumping and dancing or just simply moving some body part.
AND NOW THEY HURT.
Obs lol. It's ok, it doesn't hurt THAT MUCH. So today and tomorrow are Break Days.
I like the stiffening of my muscles.
It means I'm progressing.
GET THAT BODY, GURLLLLLL!!!
